**Purpose of the role:
Provide a proactive all-round HR operational support for Paris office. Provide proactive support to the Paris office on a variety of activities, ranging from learning & development, performance and talent management to recruitment and administrative support. The individual is expected to be the super-user for our HRIS system. This role further assists on all local day-to-day operational needs and manages all recruitment activities independently with mínimal supervision.

**Main HR duties and responsibilities
- Provide primary advisory to members of the Paris office, with escalation to the International HR Advisor when needed.
- Support the Paris office with queries around the performance review process and Objective Manager system.
- In coordination with payroll, is responsible for the handovers of the Luncheon Vouchers scheme to the eligible staff.
- In coordination with payroll, manage benefits enrolment, termination and change updates.
- Prepare job descriptions, advertisements, offer letter and conduct pre-employment reference checks as required.
- Assist with the delivery of initiatives that support the firm’s recruitment strategy to attract and retain talent.
- Manage all pre-employment and exit administration and processes in coordination with payroll
- Actively monitor probationary periods for new joiners and work with line managers on the relevant administration.
- Ensure that staff data is accurately recorded and maintained in OneHR.
- Ensure that all induction materials are up-to-date and current with local and wider firm-wide objectives.
- Actively monitor and manage the regulatory registration and renewal processes.
- Manage the administration of the full graduate recruitment cycle, including but not limited to:

- Manage all pre-employment and exit administration and processes in coordination with payroll
- Actively monitor probationary periods for new joiners and work with line managers on the relevant administration.
- Ensure that staff data is accurately recorded and maintained in OneHR.
- Ensure that all induction materials are up-to-date and current with local and wider firm-wide objectives.
- Actively monitor and manage the regulatory registration and renewal processes.
- Assist the International HR Advisor with administrative and logístical matters in relation to international relocations and secondments.
- Set up new hire records and manage all staff files records to keep them up to date for both hard copy and electronic records.
- Coordinate with the UK HRSS team in managing the data update and accuracy in the HR system.
- Remain as the focal contact for any systems related queries from UK HRSS team.
- Monitor and manage all leave and absence records in the One HR system and also the related leave and absence activities.
- Handle record and system for other movements of employee life cycle.
- Track and monitor contract end date for staff under fixed term contract.
- Monitor and audit absence records in co-ordination with payroll as applicable.
- Support the International HR Advisor with the annual processes for Paris office which include performance reviews, talent mapping and salary reviews.

**Key Skills/Qualifications**:

- Educated to diploma or degree level standard or equivalent
- Familiar with HR policies, processes and local legislative requirement.
- Good listening and problem solving skills.
- Strong IT skills, specifically Excel, Word & Power Point.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to operate in a diverse and service orientated environment.
- Experience of dealing with all levels of staff in a confident and credible manner.
- Discreet and handling HR activities in complying with the data privacy requirements.
- Meticulous, accurate and attention to detail.
- Professional & calm manner.
- Proactive, self-starter and resilient.
- Flexible work ethic.
- Able to work independently.
- Enthusiastic and genuine interest in Human Resources.
