- To support the apprentice in the acquisition of a real professional experience, to help him to evaluate and put into action his theoretical knowledge within a team.- Purpose- Provide support in the maintenance as well as in the management of the Nexans assets repository within a European team- Responsibilities And Tasks:
- Prepare and install hardware and/or software for computer systems and networks
- Diagnose and correct malfunctions described by users
- Carry out the integration of new components in compliance with the norms and and standards
- Follow up on incidents
- Write documentation for users
- Assist / train users
- Build up knowledge bases of incidents
- Ensure the management of the assets
