Europcar Mobility Group delivers its mobility solutions worldwide through an extensive network in over 140 countries (including wholly owned subsidiaries - 18 in Europe, 1 in the USA, 2 in Australia and New Zealand - completed by franchises and partners). **Job Description**: **Main objectives**: - Provide Commercial leadership and drive the Franchise activities in designated countries : align, implement and drive the commercial plan in accordance with the corporate and region’s objectives to meet or exceed overall revenue, profitability and fee’s business targets. - Identify new business opportunities in order to maximise revenue, profitability and the growth of franchise fee income - Analyse Franchisee expectations and Drive implementation of corporate initiatives accordingly to the Europcar Mobility Group Strategy and Processes Major areas of accountability: **Budget follow-up and contract negotiations for new and extensions of franchise contracts** - Participate in Budget and Forecast preparation and monitor performance to support the achievement of all defined budgets. - Introduction and implementation of the new IFA contracts - Leading high level negotiations for existing franchisee’s and new and secure growth of franchise fee levels **Development of the franchise territories in the Region and the Revenue**: - Maintain and seek to improve the company’s competitive position and profitability through business growth and development: push key countries to increase market share in designated markets and segments plus maximise new business development in order to develop Franchisee fee income. Benchmarking regarding neighbouring franchisees and competition - Develop strategy, build and sustain strong commercial relationships with the Franchise Regional Directors, and internal and external Stakeholders to drive revenue and achieve fee/income from the Franchise network - Drive implementation of corporate initiatives such as e-commerce, Marketing, NPS, Customer Journey, Brand Managers, cross border sales etc. Aligning across the region and department, for optimisation of capability and efficiency. - Support the
