**Job Description**:
Reporting to the French Manager, you will be responsible for the development, animation and management of sustainable growth across the B2B market segment. With a special focus on approaching wholesaler and national Key accounts, you will raise brand awareness, develop new business and secure financial targets in France.
**Responsibilities**
- Increase sales and brand awareness in lighting B2B market and promote DELTA electronics brand and reputation as a key lighting supplier
- Ensure the achievement of sales budgets and future sales pipeline and actively drive action plans to address sales performance issues within the region
- Managing key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
- Prospect and identify new opportunities in alignment with B2B Strategy and segmentation
- Organize and participate in customer events locally, nationally and HQs in the Netherlands and participate in relevant international fairs
- Report on pipeline & maintain the CRM system
**Qualifications**:
- University degree in any relevant field
- Experience working with IT tools i.e. CRM systems
- Proven experience in developing lighting projects (B2B) is considered a plus, ideally with industry contacts
- A person with a solid network with the wholesaler or ideally experience of managing distribution partners and key national account such as installer (Engie, Bouygues ) is preferred
- At least 8-10 years’ solid experience in B2B sales, preferably from the lighting industry, alternatively from the high-end design industry
- Having an understanding of the lighting / LED sector with relevant experience in a specification based sales role
- Fluent in French and English speaking
- Sales-oriented personality, highly client centric and service oriented
- In possession of driving license
