For travel agencies selling tailor-made trips, Ezus is the software that simplifies and automates travel planning, budgeting, document and supplier management.

Today, Ezus equips over 400 Agencies in 35 countries to get their business and brand off the ground thanks to its responsiveness and impressive, modern bespoke travel documents.

Our ambition is to become the best solution for production, selling and managing Leisure and Incentive Travel anywhere in the world.

**Your future Team**

The Ops team is in charge of onboarding and expanding our relationship with our travel customers.

Composed with Technical Account Managers (focused on Configuration/Onboarding) and Customer Success (focused on Activation/Expansion) it has a **pivotal role in Ezus’s growth.**

The whole team is also involved in Care support (through weekly shifts) and speaks English/French/Spanish.

**Your future job**

As a Key Account Manager, you'll take care of bigger accounts with many users. You'll take care of:
**Onboarding**: Configure new customer accounts in hands with the Technical AM. Provide personalized training and support to customers during their integration phase, to ensure they get the most out of the product and get to grips with it as quickly as possible. You may take on the management of integration projects (2-3 month format) for larger customers.

**Activation**:You will monitor activation and provide ongoing support to customers. You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure that customers receive fast, efficient assistance, and that help center documentation is up-to-date, accurate and relevant. You can also take part of webinars and/or events.

**Account Management**: You will manage a customer portfolio to maintain a high level of satisfaction (NPS), guarantee contract renewals, upsell and try to win back lost customers.

In addition you can also be solving with us some challenges like:

- Deal with a lot of complexity specific (or not) to some partners, in an ever-expanding technical environment
- Lead negotiations with the agencies, be tenacious to demonstrate the value of Ezus for them
- Manage side-projects to improve the overall team’s performances
