E-retail Content Specialist

ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

Part of the Global CDO Team and reporting to E-retail Content Project Manager, the role is responsible for the deployment and go-to-market of the Global approved e-Commerce assets for both Prestige & Consumer Beauty division.
The role’s objective is to maximize the quality and consistency and depth of in-market e-Retail consistency and depth of in-market e-Retail executions of COTY Brands executions, driving Global Brands guidelines, leveraging available content tools and communicating best practices regularly in order to satisfy the needs of the e-Retail channel across all markets.
The role interacts both internally to support and drive Global & Local teams with their eRetail executions as well as externally to drive Content agency for e-retail content creation/localization/implementation when needed.

MISSIONS

**Key missions in the role include the below**:
**Benchmark**: Conducting comprehensive competitive analysis on competitors' latest launches, sharing best practices, reflecting on and recommending innovation strategies.

Managing creation and delivery tracking documents for content produced by brands for new launches as well as key events such as Christmas, Mother’s Day, Halloween, etc.

Contributing to updating and creating digital guidelines for markets and brands (digital guidelines, business recommendations, content best practices, etc.)

Conducting audits on missing content.

Managing coordination and monitoring of campaign element production and availability for our markets in collaboration with brand teams (digital & marketing).

Monitoring production of shoots (product packshots / textures / color swatches, ingredients) and product availability for production teams.

Assisting project managers in formulating launch strategies and content production.

PROFILE

Fluent in French and English.

With a 4/5-year degree from a business school or university, STILL ENROLLED DURING THE INTERNSHIP, you already have one experience in the e-commerce, digital or content sector.
