**À PROPOS DU POSTE**:
Notre département Compensation & Benefits est composé de 3 personnes dotées d’une expertise spécifique (Juridique - Payroll&Benefits - SIRH/Analytics).

Le département est supervisé par un Manager.

Dans un environnement de marché fluctuant, le département Compensation & Benefits apporte notamment son expertise sur la politique de rémunération par des analyses/études de data, une veille concurrentielle et une intelligence dans le traitement des données afin de se positionner en spécialiste des rémunérations et Benefits dans le secteur de la gestion d’actifs.

Compte-tenu de la croissance de la société, de l’évolution des marchés dans notre secteur d’activité ainsi que de nos exigences en termes d’automatisation, nous recherchons un Compensation & Benefits Associate/Analyst pour le bureau de Paris.

Vous serez amené(e) à réaliser les missions suivantes:

- Traiter et analyser des données afin de construire et faire évoluer des grilles de rémunération (nouvelles données, nouveaux métiers dans un environnement international).
- Elaborer des études statistiques, ratios d'analyse et tableaux de suivi.
- Participer au pilotage de la masse salariale.
- Préparer et structurer des propositions de rémunération.
- Participer aux campagnes annuelles des bonus & révisions salariales de fin d’année (préparation des études et outils préalables).
- Produire des tableaux de bord, indicateurs chiffrés et graphiques des rémunérations de la société (dashboard).
- Accompagner le projet de digitalisation de nos outils Comp & Ben.
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle (via Providers, conférence, réseaux ) permanente compte-tenu des fluctuations du marché.

**COMPETENCES**:

- Vous disposez d’un niveau Master Universitaire ou Ecole de Commerce Bac+5
- Vous justifiez idéalement d’une expérience d’au moins 3 années dans le traitement et l’analyse de données de rémunération
- Vous avez une première expérience en finance
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement Excel
- Vous avez de solides connaissances en VBA et Power Query et/ou base de données
- Vous connaissez des outils de reporting et de Data Viz (de préférence Tableau)
