We are at an exciting stage of our journey. We‘ve raised our Series A, expanded in the US, and hit the $1m and $2m ARR milestones in 2024; we aim to x5 our growth by the end of 2025.

Dust is a Sequoia-backed company with an experienced and determined team of optimists (coming from companies like Stripe or OpenAI) that like to focus on users, getting great things done by shipping fast, and doesn’t take itself too seriously while doing so.

**TLDR;**:
The Customer Success team empowers Dust’s customers—from startups to large tech companies—to achieve their goals. Your work will directly impact the satisfaction, the value perceived and ultimate retention of enterprises and smaller, fast-moving teams alike.

Joining Dust also means pioneering a new form of Customer Success. A GenAI-native company, Dust aims to illustrate how GenAI can help redefine the experience customers can expect from software and how customer success teams can be designed with GenAI in mind.

**You’ll contribute to building a new product and category from the ground up in a fast-paced environment that encourages a** doer attitude and ownership over outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- ** Lead and optimize the full customer lifecycle as a trusted advisor**, from orchestrating successful deployment of Dust through strategic account reviews, ensuring maximum value realization and strong renewal outcomes.
- ** Help customers identify and unlock key use cases.** Design successful programs aligning their business objectives and our latest product advancements.
- ** Empower Dust builders. With varying technical capabilities, builders** drive and facilitate GenAI adoption within their companies, encouraging cross-pollination of successful augmenting strategies.
- ** Be the voice of our users at Dust.** Provide insights on their experience to shape our product in the rapidly evolving GenAI landscape.

**Requirements**:

- Significant **experience in Customer Success** or similar roles, driving adoption and retention for customers, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Proven **impact developing and deploying successful digital adoption and education strategies** in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. Experience with AI-driven products is a plus.
- Proven ability to **develop complex product knowledge** and effectively communicate technical concepts to drive customer adoption and success
- Excellent **communication skills** in French and English to effectively engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Curiosity, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and a flair for elegant solutions to first-of-a-kind problems.
- Robust prioritization and multitasking skills to operate with a high level of autonomy and initiative alongside demanding users and in an emerging field.
- Must be a European resident with work authorization.

**Location**:
We're prioritizing building our team with an in-person culture at our offices in Paris and San Francisco, valuing the magic that happens when talented people work closely together.
