**Missions**:
Dans le cadre de sa croissance continue, notre client, grand Groupe international d'édition logicielle, recrute **son/sa Business Development Manager**. Vous superviserez une équipe de 6 Business Developer et vous aurez la responsabilité des résultats de l’équipe. Vous serez le point de contact direct et privilégié pour l’ensemble des acteurs financiers du M&A à Paris (banquiers d’affaires, fonds d’investissement, etc.).
Il s’agit d’un poste fortement exposé et vous serez rattaché(e) au General Manager. Vous aurez pour principales missions de:
- Stimuler un réseau de dirigeants de sociétés d'édition logicielle pouvant être des cibles futures dans le cadre des opérations d'acquisition du Groupe.
- Créer un réseau étroit avec l’ensemble des acteurs du M&A en France (banquiers d’affaires, fonds d’investissement, etc.).
- Animer et accompagner l’équipe des Business Developer (équipe cible de 6 à 8 personnes).
- Piloter les résultats de l’équipe des Business Developer et les présenter au General Management en vous appuyant sur les outils de reporting (CRM du Groupe).
- Être force de proposition quant aux actions à prendre afin d’étendre la présence territoriale du Groupe.
**Profil recherché**:
- De formation bac+5 (école de commerce, ingénieur ou équivalent).
- 6 à 10 ans d’expérience dans le monde de l’investissement ou en tant que Responsable Commercial chez un grand éditeur logiciel.
- Expérience réussie du management d'une équipe.
- Vraie appétence pour les mécanismes financiers propres aux opérations de M&A.
- Très bon niveau en anglais.
