To this end, we are seeking an experienced Sourcing Specialist F/H/X who can join our team and help pave the way towards our new goals.

**Responsabilities**
- Partner with French HR team and hiring managers to identify and build out recruiting needs and strategies.
- Have strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior based interviewing and closing.
- Maintain and analyze recruitment track data, and report to Hiring Manager basing on the requirement
- Work positively and honestly to meet the Recruiter KPI.
- Qualifications**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment; previous experience in an agency environment and in the recruitment of the gaming industry would be highly advantageous.
- Availability for professional travel as needed.
- Mastery of English required.

**Additional information**:

- Permanent contract based in Cergy - Parc Saint Christophe (95) near RER A;
- Available as soon as possible;
- Access to the company restaurant with a subsidy of €5.54 per day of attendance and 55% reimbursement of the transport ticket.
