Sourcing Specialist F/m

Throughout your adventure, you'll be trained and supported in the insurance and assistance professions within a dynamic team and environment.

You'll work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners at every stage of the recruitment process, whether in France or abroad. As a sourcing expert, your main tasks will be as following:

- You will participate in the drafting of offers and in the definition of needs with recruiters and managers in order to fully understand the targeted profile.
- You will post job advertisements through the appropriate channels
- You will be responsible for sourcing on job boards, social networks (LinkedIn in particular) and our ATS.
- You will manage and monitor recruitment activities.

You may also be asked to take part in certain HR projects linked to current events and activities.

Assignments may change depending on your motivation and commitment.

**Your Profile** Required qualifications and level of experience**
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with a specialization in Human Resources.
- You have previous experience in a similar position

**Knowledge and technical skills required**
- You're familiar with digital tools and professional social networks
- You have a good knowledge of interview techniques
- You are fluent in written and spoken English. Fluency in Spanish would be appreciated
- You're comfortable on the telephone and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You're organized, curious, open-minded, dynamic and autonomous.
- You have good priority management skills.
- You're adaptable enough to work in a fast-paced environment.
