YOUR ROLE
The Bunkering and Energy Transition department is looking for an intern as part of its ISO 9001 certification. You will contribute to the implementation of the group's process modeling methodology and model the business processes for Bunkering & Energy Transition. You will actively participate in managing process approvals, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?
- You develop, model, and document processes in various forms, including BPMN standards.
- You map existing processes in a clear, precise, and understandable manner.
- You identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and propose solutions to resolve them.
- You present the modeled processes and have them validated by process owners.
- You ensure alignment between the business processes described within the ISO 9001 project framework and the modeled business processes.
- You follow an effective project management methodology to provide visibility on the progress of work at all management levels.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR ?
- You are currently pursuing a Master 2 in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- You are proficient in process modeling tools (Signavio, Bizagi, Visio) and project management tools (Hive, Trello, Planner).
- You have knowledge in process analysis, problem-solving, and BPMN standards.
- You are skilled in corporate communication and have knowledge in shipping, purchasing, and energy.
- Your synthesis skills, autonomy, rigor, ability to work in a team, and interpersonal skills will be instrumental.
- You are comfortable in English, both written and spoken.
