The Tech & Data department (~200 employees across the globe) provides products, services, and support to all SCOR Group worldwide. Its 2 key challenges today are to successfully implement its new Target Operating Model (TOM), to be supported by an ambitious pluri-annual internalization plan to deliver innovative products and services to its clients.

The Tech & Data organization is an Agile matrixial organization relying on 4 pillars: Data and System Engineering, Management & Control (M&C) and Corporate Systems, Technical, Crews & Transversal Functional Domains.

In this apprenticeship, you will support the Omega IT team in managing various projects, incidents, and environments. Your contributions will span three key areas:

- Project & Environments Tracking
- Internal Tools & Documentation
- Technical Support & Analysis

Under the guidance of Omega Solution owners, you will assist in:
**Project & Environments Follow-up**
- Tracking project items in Azure DevOps (transversal dashboards, KPIs)
- Supporting the definition of release notes and testing plans

**Internal Tools & Documentation**
- Building or enhancing tools that assist the team daily (reporting, automation)
- Documenting technical procedures (development best practices, user ticket management, delivery process)
- Consolidating a knowledge base

**Technical Support & Analysis**
- Preparing and facilitating workshops with different teams and stakeholders on major projects
- Assisting in analyzing user requests

**Education & Background**
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong interest in software development processes or IT governance frameworks
- Prior internship or academic project experience in Agile environments is a plus

**Technical Skills**
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and Azure DevOps tool
- Proficiency in SQL queries and scripting
- Ability to work with Unix systems, particularly in reading and analyzing logs
- Knowledge of API architectures is a plus
- Basic understanding of software testing concepts and lifecycles (manual or automated)

- Comfortable working in a multicultural and international environment
