Job Summary
Missions
- General HRBP supporting IT and Finance functions focusing on:_- Follow-up on various HR processes (onboarding, compensation review, performance etc)- Follow-up HR KPIs (headcount, internal mobilities )- Collecting Training Needs, preparing Training Budget and coordinating implementation and- budget follow up with local HRs- Coordinate the needs and recruitment for apprentices in IT, Finance- Contribute to transversal projects.
Profile- Business Administration degree with Human Resources Management studies- Fluent in English, French is a strong plus- Ability to work with different stakeholders and in an international environment- Very good knowledge of Google suite, good data analysis skills is a plus- Team player, Independent, Flexible, Well organized
