- Context:
- IS Quality continuous improvement
- IS Quality governance and animation
- Purpose- Support global IS Quality management
- Build and maintain IS Quality dashboards
- Design and Improve IS processes
- Responsibilities And Tasks:
- Contribute to the definition of dashboards to support Quality Management (ex : Root Cause Analysis action plan dashboard)
- Builds and maintains IS Quality dashboards in Power BI
- Builds automation flows in Power Automate to improve Quality Management efficiency
- Participate in IS Incident Managers network routines
- Contribute to the improvement of tickets resolution process
- Contribute to the definition of Problem Management process
- Contribute to the definition of IT Asset Management processes
- Expected results:
- RCA action plan follow up dashboard up and running
- V1 of Global IS Quality Management dashboard up and running
- What We Are Looking For:
- Autonomous
- Rigorous
- Determined
- Willing to discover IS processes and IS internal functioning
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with pack office (especially XL, PPT)
- Notions on MS Power Automate (Power Apps is a plus)
- At ease with Power BI
