**Dans le cadre du développement de son activité formation, en présentiel et à distance, MERCURI INTERNATIONAL France est à la recherche d’un collaborateur (H/F), Customer Support Assistant**, **dynamique et expérimenté(e) dans le domaine du service client à partir de Septembre 2024.**

Le rôle du customer Support Assistant chez Mercuri International

**Vos missions au quotidien seront les suivantes**:
En collaboration avec votre équipe de consultants:

- Contractualiser les affaires sous forme de conventions de formation ou de contrats de prestation de service, et suivre les projets jusqu’à la facturation.
- Gérer l’ensemble des interactions clients et trouver les solutions adaptées pour garantir leur satisfaction.
- Préparer les supports de formations (remise en forme des supports, relecture, etc.)
- Piloter les impressions des supports de formation via notre prestataire et expédier si nécessaire le matériel pédagogique.
- Suivre les agendas Outlook des consultants, traiter les mails, mettre à jour l’activité et les affaires dans le CRM.
- Organiser les déplacements et valider les notes de frais de votre équipe de consultants.

**Vous serez également amené(e) à**:

- Participer aux réunions de l’équipe et de l’entreprise.

**Les compétences et qualités souhaitées**:

- Vous êtes rigoureux(se), polyvant(e), organisé(e) et autonome.
- Doté(e) d’un excellent sens du relationnel, vous aimez relever des challenges au quotidien.
- La maîtrise parfaite des outils informatiques (PowerPoint, Excel)
- Vous aimez le travail en équipe, la diversité des missions et avez le sens du service client.
- Vous disposez d’un bon niveau d’anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

**Date de début souhaitée**: à partir de février 2025

**Type d'emploi**: Temps plein, CDI

**Salaire**: 30K€ par an

**Lieu de travail**: La Défense

**Horaires**:

- Du Lundi au Jeudi de 9h à 17h30 & Vendredi de 9h à 16h30

**Expérience**:

- 1ère expérience réussie en tant qu’assistant(e) commercial(e) : 2 ans (souhaitées)
