Pour mener à bien cette mission, ATLANSE s’appuie sur son capital humain, des consultants experts et expérimentés qui capitalisent sur des compétences fonctionnelles et techniques reconnues et des méthodologies éprouvées.

Vous serez garant de la gestion de la connaissance du support IT et des outils de l’environnement de travail utilisateur ainsi que de la validité des fiches de connaissance et leur certifications.

**Missions**
- Repérer les connaissances et les contenus à mettre en valeur ou à mettre à jour
- Identifier, organiser, mettre en place les processus et les connaissances nécessaires aux équipes de production IT
- Réaliser une veille régulière pour connaître les outils / tendances du Knowledge Management
- Assurer la bonne transmission des connaissances au sein du domaine End-User
- Rédiger les documents associés, en français et en anglais : fiches connaissance, modes opératoires, tutoriels

**Profil recherché**

Vous justifiez d’une expérience significative d’au moins 5 ans dans la mise en place du Knowledge Management au sein d’une entreprise.

Vous avez une très bonne connaissance des différentes techniques liées au management.

Vous êtes reconnu.e pour votre pédagogie, votre diplomatie et votre sens du service.

Vous faites preuve d’un excellent relationnel vous permettant d’animer et de mobiliser des équipes multidisciplinaires de manière transverse.

Vous êtes curieux.se et possédez une aisance rédactionnelle et un esprit de synthèse

**La maîtrise de la langue anglaise est impératif pour mener à bien cette mission.**
