**LOB: Regional Management**
**Role Title: Office Manager**
**Location: Paris**
**Main responsibilities include**:
- First level management for the team assistants
- Developing support programs to ensure the continuous training and skills development of assistants
- Coordinating with support functions to facilitate new arrivals and visitor reception (IT, reception, compliance )
- Organising/coordinating team events
- Support on space planning, floor plans, facilities
- General Admin tasks to support executives Seniors Leaders including:
- Complex diary management
- Arranging conference call with internal /external participants
- Organising Travel & Visa
- Handling of expenses in Concur
- Submitting Call reports and I-track
- Processing compliance approvals
**The team**
- Work closely with the Regional Management Chief of Staff
- Join a wider multinational assistant team spread across various locations globally
- Operate in an exciting, demanding and a fast-paced environment
**Core skills and qualifications will ideally include**:
- Prior experience working in similar role
- Experience in the Financial Services industry will be considered advantageous
- Ability to interact with senior stakeholders inside and outside the Bank
- Fluency in both English and French (written and verbal)
- Prior experience of working with C-Suit clients and Conquer
- Sound knowledge with MS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
- Proactivity and ability to work as a team player
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Acute organisational skills and flexibility
- Takes ownership of her work
- Ability to be self-sufficient and proactive
