Global Campaign Manager

This position is out of the Paris office and oversees all the Group marketing activities, reporting to the Director of Strategy & Growth.
**Key role reponsibilities**:
As the Global Campaign manager, your main goals are twofold:
- Define and run Global campaigns to maximise top of the funnel exposure, and engagement efficiency
- Advise, train and support local marketing managers in setting up and running local campaigns in accordance with best practices you have set: personalization of journeys, tracking, budgets efficiency,
These goals are achieved by the following activities under your responsibility:
**Global Marketing Leadership**
- Own and manage the global campaigns design, execution and budgets with a data driven approach
- Define methodologies, tools, themes, formats and channels
- Produce underlying assets
- Set up and manage global (worldwide) campaigns and budgets through defined channels
- Report on efficiency and optimize results
- Support local adaptations
- Transfer know how to guide our local marketing manages on how to build best practice
- Manage Scale, Security, and Compliance: ensure business requirements are defined and met, including GDPR compliance, localisations, and other requirements such as Branding conformity
- Explore new channels and ideas for experimentation, optimization and acquisition growth, in collaboration with regions
- Dive into data analysis to develop global best practices and KPIs for campaigns, analyze user conversion rates, and leverage data-driven insights to create opportunities for acquisition and engagement
- Communicate effectively to all stakeholders
**Operational Campaign Management**
- Drive the Pardot campaign machine; manage global campaigns
- Work with our content marketing team (2 content managers, 6 Local Marketing Managers in charge of their region) and freelancers to ensure appropriate quality content is written to support global campaign objectives
- Own conversion optimization to ensure contribution to our acquisition funnel is optimal. Use data, analytics & SEO experience to evaluate performance and increase conversion

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 5 years of higher education (university, business school, ideally with a marketing specialization)
**ADDITIONAL NON-DEGREE COURSES (NOT MANDATORY)**
TOEFL/TOEIC
Salesforce certifiation, Pardot certification
**REQUIRED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE**
From 5 years experience

- BtoB Marketing Techniques
- Google SEM certifications (Google Ads, Analytics,)
- Linkedin & Facebook Ads
- A solid foundation of SEO best practices
- Experience with content management systems, including data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge in Marketing Automation & CRM tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, Pardot...)
- Strong communication skills - ability to articulate vision and roadmap and facilitate concept and ideation with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- International background, English is a must
- Experience managing external resources
- Ability to manage goals and budgets
