Riviera Bar Crawl & Tours is currently looking for talented fluent English speakers for a two month Event and Marketing Coordinator Internship. This internship will give the chance to manage events, experiences, as well as animation, marketing, public relations, sales and developing their French language skills.
Applicants for this Tour Guide Internship must be willing to work for Riviera Bar Crawl & Tours for two months.
The standard working week of 35 hours will be from Tuesday to Saturday. Working hours may vary for different activities. However, the general schedule is from 10:00 to 17:00 (day events and experiences and office work) and from 21:00 to 01:30 (Night events). Given the nature of the Tour Guide industry, applicants will be expected to demonstrate a reasonable degree of flexibility in the scheduling of their work.
Tasks
**Day Events & Experiences**:

- Event Planning : Assist in the development of event concepts, themes, and objectives. Research and identify suitable event venues and vendors. Help create event budgets and monitor expenses. Collaborate with the team to create event timelines and action plans.
- Logistics and Coordination: Support the logistics of event setup, including coordinating with vendors, catering, and audio-visual teams. Assist in managing event registration, attendee lists, and badges. Help coordinate transportation and accommodation for event participants when necessary. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth event operations.
- Promotion : Promote upcoming events through creative and engaging marketing strategies. Distribute flyers, posters, and promotional materials in high-traffic areas. Engage with potential attendees, answer questions, and create buzz about our events and sales tickets.

**Night Events & Experiences**:
Tourist Night Events
- Reservations Management: event reservations check-in, which may include tracking RSVPs, confirming attendance, and managing guest lists. Communicate with attendees to confirm their reservation status and provide event details. Work with the event management team to ensure that all reservations are accurately recorded and accounted for.
- Payment Processing : Handle on-site payment processing for attendees who choose to pay upon arrival. Utilize payment processing systems to securely collect payments via credit or debit cards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to attendees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding reservations or payments. Ensure that attendees have a positive experience during the events.
- Customer Relations and Guest Entertainment: Engage with event attendees, ensuring they have an enjoyable experience. Organize entertainment activities and ice-breaking games to help guests get to know each other. Create a lively and engaging atmosphere to enhance guest satisfaction. keep guests engaged and entertained.
- Reviews and Testimonials: Encourage attendees to share their reviews and testimonials about the event, either through written statements or video recordings.
- Safety and Crowd Control: Prioritize the safety and well-being of all event attendees by diligently following established safety guidelines and protocols.
- Reporting and Documentation: Generate reports detailing reservation and payment data, including attendance numbers, payment totals, and any outstanding balances. Assist in preparing post-event financial reports for review by the event management team and finance department.
- You will have up to 3 Bar experiences per week ( Bar Crawl Tours )

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English language (fluency in other languages will be a plus)
- Reliable and responsible, punctuality is a priority
- Adaptability and Flexibility (although you will have a standard working schedule, it will sometimes be necessary to adjust this in order to accommodate clients
- Team Player: encourage open communication, and contribute to a harmonious work environment.
