**Job Description**:
Visa Direct is a high priority digital product, offering significant potential for new revenue growth and displacement of cash and bank transfer. Originators (senders) and Recipients (beneficiaries) derive value from real-time payment use cases such as:

- Person-to-person payments via social networks (eg. Facebook, Google, Square)
- Payouts to suppliers to marketplace apps (e.g. Uber, AirBnB, Amazon)
- Conventional disbursements (insurance, compensation claims, tax refunds, government aid)

The Visa Direct team owns and executes on the Push Payments strategy for Europe, is responsible for the development and commercialization of new mobile and digital payment solutions and has oversight of-market implementations in Europe.
- Helping grow the commercialisation pipeline for card, account and wallet through market research, data analysis in key sectors & markets
- Own and drive key initiatives to help develop the product, build collaboration with other Visa teams and unlock new sectors and use cases
- Become expert in Visa Direct product, holding Visa Direct trainings for Visa Direct Sales and wider Visa Sales team
- Producing and maintaining sales collateral for use cases in the region/country, including:

- developing and maintaining regional case studies on Visa Direct use cases for client engagement
- in collaboration with Solutioning teams, clearly articulating technical capabilities of the products
- maintenance of VD assets online (including VD Partner Portal/Compass)
- developing key talking points to help sales people articulate the benefits of Visa Direct versus other products
- Documenting and communicating product feedback and new requirements identified in the field to drive cross-team collaboration and product changes
- Collaborate with the Sales team to generate leads / business opportunities as per market benchmark / analysis
- Where required, accompanying sales representatives during the entire sales process, from RFI/RFP to demos, contract drafting, negotiation and closing
- Interact with every area of the organisation: VD Solutioning Teams, Visa Consulting Analytics Team (mainly for acquirer enablement), Legal Team (contract), Risk & Compliance Teams, Product Marketing Teams, and C-Level as required

- Proven sales support experience and experience in working with cross regional stakeholders
