This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks, including acting as a point of contact for executives, managing office supplies and facilities, and assisting with event planning. This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks, including acting as a point of contact for executives, managing office supplies and facilities and assisting with event planning. **As the Office Manager-Workplace responsible (Responsable Services Généraux), you will**: - Manage day-to-day operations of the office, including ordering office supplies and commodities, overseeing facilities management to create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming workspace for all staff. - Be the point of contact for the building asset management and facilities. - A continuous optimisation of the Workplace logistics in order to maintain ExN facilities and work conditions at the highest level and standards: furniture, open space management and promotion, office supply and tech, mobility assistance. - Process management following established policies: access and badge process and car policy. - Management of the car fleet - Management of the relationship with the travel agency - Negotiations and purchasing of services with different suppliers - Be aware of French and European requirements as for the people safety and office security and stick to them (signage, etc) - Take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities to enhance the office operational requirements and promote open space working attitude. - Planning events with a focus on inclusivity and equity and adapting to global corporate calendar under SEA to CEO supervision. **QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you** - 3-5 years of relevant work experience in office management and workplace management - A "can-do" attitude with a demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Respect for confidentiality and a high level of discretion. - Excellent communication skills, including fluency in both French and English, with the ability to interface effectively with people at different levels of the organization. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to planning and structuring process management - Flexibility to handle ad-hoc tasks and unexpected challenges outside of core business hours. - Knowledge of Navan& Cleemy/Lucca and fleet management experience is appreciated. - Financial basic skills **WHO ARE EXCLUSIVE NETWORKS?** |** **Why work for us** Exclusive Networks is committed to upholding the highest ethical standards.
