Au sein de la Direction Finance, nous recherchons actuellement un(e) Customer Service Coordinator à compter de janvier 2025, pour une durée de 6 mois.
- Customer Service SELL IN

Traiter les commandes des clients et répondre aux questions (disponibilité, prix, délais)

Suivre les livraisons, traiter les litiges éventuels et organiser les retours

Gérer la facturation

Gérer les déclarations à l’export
- Customer Service Retail

Traiter les réapprovisionnements et répondre aux questions des équipes terrains

Organiser et traiter les pushs des moyens moteurs

Suivre les livraisons et traiter les litiges éventuels

Suivre les allocations

Gérer les transferts de stock
- Pilotage de la distribution

Suivre le chiffre d’affaires

Préparation et participation aux réunions de pilotage de la distribution
- Master Data

Assurer la mise à jour de la base clients, tarifaires et conditions commerciales

Mettre à jour la base articles en fonction des décisions l’open-to-buy
- Amélioration continue

Participer activement aux projets d’amélioration continue

**PROFIL**
- BAC+2/3
- 2 ans d’expériences (Dans un univers Retail, en cosmétiques ou en start-up est un plus)
- Bonne connaissance et maitrise de SAP
- Bonne connaissance et maitrise d’Excel et capacités analytiques
- Maitrise des outils BI
- Sens de l’organisation et de rigueur
- Curiosité, sens de l’initiative et bon relationnel
- Maitrise courante de l’anglais (interlocuteurs anglophones au quotidien)
