Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead the Management and Operations of the France Premium Growth Program
- Core Team: Serve as a core team member of the premium program, working closely with the Head of Affluent Growth and the Head of Product.
- Program Stakeholders: Collaborate with internal senior stakeholders in the market and contributing teams such as Marketing, Sales, Product, VCA, and MS&A.
- Program Development and Roadmap: Oversee the internal management of the program, its development over time, and ensure the delivery of defined roadmaps.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Drive cross-functional alignment between key stakeholders and contributing teams, managing progress according to the timeline.
- Success Management: Establish success criteria and track progress over time.
- Content Lead for Selected Topics: Lead selected content topics of the program while overseeing the cross-functional delivery of different teams.
- Budget Construction: Co-lead the construction of the premium program budget and propose it to the Head of Finance and Product.
- Bringing Strategy into Roadmap: Co-develop the strategy of the premium program, define objectives and timelines, and integrate them into a joint roadmap. Ensure the roadmap can be delivered in terms of content and timelines.
- Client Meetings: Lead the preparation and presentation for selected client meetings and committees.
- Client Demands: Address program member requests and demands in a balanced manner.
- Communication: Ensure balanced program communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs._

**Qualifications**
- An understanding of product and value proposition development, digital innovation and business and technology trends affecting the future is a must.
- Proficient in product and program development, digital innovation, and current business/technology trends.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with a history of maintaining significant internal and external connections and alignment while setting and delivering program roadmaps.
- Comprehensive experience in payments, including sales, product management, and strategic execution.
- Demonstrated success in program management and strategy development and a passion for addressing payments industry challenges through an ecosystem lens.
- Global awareness with a strategic and analytical mindset, coupled with effective communication skills.
- Proven track record in growing businesses via innovation, strategy, and new product/service commercialization.
- Results-driven, with a hands-on approach and the ability to navigate complex, global structures.
