**XLIM e**st une Unité Mixte de Recherche (UMR 7252) pilotée par le CNRS, l’Université de Limoges et l’Université de Poitiers et organisée en 6 axes et 1 groupe de recherche. Les recherches menées au sein d’XLIM sont centrées sur l’électronique, les circuits hyperfréquences, l’électromagnétisme, les communications sans fil, l’électronique flexible, les micro & nano technologies, la photonique, les fibres optiques, les lasers, les mathématiques, la cryptographie, le calcul formel, la modélisation, l’informatique, la synthèse et l’analyse d’images, la biologie et la médecine.- XLIM est donc un **Institut de Recherche pluridisciplinaire**, localisé sur **plusieurs sites géographiques**, à Limoges sur les sites de la Faculté des Sciences et Techniques, de l'ENSIL, d’Ester-Technopole, sur le Campus Universitaire de Brive, à Poitiers sur le site de la Technopole du Futuroscope et à Angoulême sur le site de l’IUT.- XLIM fédère un ensemble de plus de **480** enseignants-chercheurs, chercheurs CNRS, ingénieurs, techniciens, post-doctorants et doctorants, personnels administratifs.**Description**:
Le développement des circuits en technologie FDSOI 28nm de ST Microelectronics apporte de nombreux avantages aux concepteurs de circuits analogiques. De meilleures performances à plus faible puissance d’alimentation sont attendues et nécessitent le développement de composants de test pour faciliter les conceptions futures.
Le principal objectif de ce stage est de fournir un bloc de base pour évaluation par le CEA. La fonction demandée est ici un Oscillateur Contrôlé en Tension pour évaluer et caractériser son comportement dans cette technologie. Cette brique de base sera par la suite intégrée à des fonctions plus complexes.
