**Sales Representative - Engineering Plastics Sales area France & Southwest Europe (M/F/d)**
**YOUR TASKS**
- Expansion of the customer base, acquisition of new customers and profitable sales opportunities in defined market segments
- Support and development of existing and new key accounts
- Development and implementation of account plans for strategic customers using company resources
- Generation and development of sales opportunities in new market segments
- Creating an accurate monthly sales forecast
- Identify and reporte new technical/product-related customer or market needs and latest trends
- Recognizing and developing new ideas to further develop the business and build competitive advantage
- Working closely with the sales team and technical departments to achieve common goals
**YOUR SKILLS**
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or studies combined with a good technical understanding
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial sales
- Ideally, experience in the field of engineering plastics
- Proven success in increasing sales in an industrial sales environment
- Knowledge of the sales process, value selling, account management approach, account planning and pricing structures
- Knowledge of basic financial metrics
- Strong communication skills, customer orientation, strong negotiation skills and ability to work in a team
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel internationally (Remote workplace)
- Fluent in English and French
