As an **IT** **Business Process Specialist** you will work closely with a diverse group of international colleagues to identify process inefficiencies, evaluate existing technology solutions, and propose new, technology-enabled solutions that address team’s challenges. Your goal will be to coordinate solution implementation and empower teams to be self-reliant in adopting and maintaining these processes moving forward.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Consulting & Analysis**: identify pain points and analyze existing workflows. Work to align potential solutions with overall business priorities.
- **Solution Design & Implementation**: Develop and implement technology solutions (e.g., SharePoint, Power Automate) to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and enhance team efficiency.
- **Change Management & Training**: Empower teams through clear documentation, training sessions, and ongoing support, ensuring they can adopt and sustain the new solutions autonomously.

**The Perfect Match**

We are looking for a proactive and empathetic individual who is comfortable with technology-enabled solutions and has a knack for problem-solving and a desire to streamline and improve business processes. You'll excel in this role if you have:

- **Strong communication skills**: Ability to listen actively, understand the core of issues, and convey solutions clearly.
- **Analytical mindset**: Aptitude for breaking down complex problems and finding effective solutions.
- **Empathy & Adaptability**: High emotional intelligence to understand user challenges and ensure solutions fit their needs realistically.
- Ability to **work independently** and manage multiple projects, while still being comfortable with collaboration and feedback.
- Experience with SharePoint (as an advanced user or administrator), or other document repositories within an enterprise context.
- **Understanding of workflow automation solutions, **such as Power Automate, Zapier, UIPath Robots or other low-code platforms
- Advanced level of **English** (required); another language is a plus.
