Créé en 2016, le groupe souhaite moderniser le métier et mettre la qualité des soins et la satisfaction client au cœur de son projet.

Nous recherchons un(e) HRBP en charge de déployer et animer la politique RH du Groupe sur son périmètre dans un environnement multisites en forte croissance. Ainsi, le/la Chargé(e) RH est l’interlocuteur privilégié(e) des responsables de son périmètre.

Votre rôle en tant que conseiller est primordiale dans le cadre de vos fonctions.

Plus spécifiquement, vous assurez les missions suivantes:

- Accompagner et conseiller les Responsables de secteurs de son périmètre dans la gestion des ressources humaines ;
- Assurer la gestion et le suivi administratif du personnel ;
- Prendre en charge les différentes demandes des responsables et des salariés en assurant un cadre juridique sécurisé (embauche, rédaction de contrat et avenants, formation, rémunération / rétention, disciplinaire, rupture de contrat) ;
- Préparer l’intégration des nouveaux pôle au sein du Groupe ;
- Participer aux projets RH pour l’ensemble du Groupe ;
- Contribuer à l’élaboration et à la structuration des process RH.

Contrat : CDI, statut cadre forfait jours.

FORMATIONS indispensables:

- **Master en Droit Social de la Sorbonne** (JDS).
- **Master en Droit et Pratique des Relations de Travail à ASAS** (EPRT).
- **CIFFOP d'Assas**.
- **Master Gestion des Ressources Humaines de la Sorbonne**.
- Diplômé(e) d’un Master cités ci-dessus
- Idéalement une expérience minimum de 3 ans dans un environnement multisites.
- Connaissances solides en droit social.
- Excellent relationnel, avec un très bon niveau de communication à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Capacité à structurer et prioriser les sujets, à prendre de la hauteur.
- Proactivité et pragmatisme.

Rémunération : 40 000,00€ à 45 000,00€ par an
