Internship - Guest Relations Agent

We are pleased to offer an internship opportunity that will allow you to develop your hands-on industry knowledge whilst partnering with our operational team. This role will be responsible for activities related to the service in our Guest Relations department.
- Secure a placement with a luxurious Five-Star hotel located in Paris

**Key accountabilities**
- Verify and complete the applicable VIP check-in checklist.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about the hotel and surrounding area.
- Analyze the VIP list daily with the Guest Relations Manager and carry out assigned tasks to ensure the best possible stay for selected arrivals.
- Ensure that all arrangements made prior to a VIP guest's arrival are respected and communicated to other operational departments.
- Handle guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Work with other departments such as the front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments to fulfil guest requests.
- Provide information to the guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and gather feedback to improve services. Collect and protect customer data.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction after their stay.
**General requirements**
- Strong customer focus
- Fluent both in French and English ((verbal, written)
- Pleasant, courteous, and fun personality
- Sense of organization and confidentiality
- Internship Agreement - mandatory
- Must have the right to work in France
- Package: 669.90 € / month, Meals, Uniform, Transportation allowance
