The position is to be filled on a full-time CDD contract.

MISSION

Within the CMA CGM Academy, you join the Front Office.

You develop and facilitate individual and collective learning and development solutions on soft skills (team management, self-knowledge, communication, creativity, problem solving, etc.).

RESPONSABILITIES

Design and facilitate solutions to meet internal customers’ needs.
Develop innovative face-to-face and remote learning approaches.
De sign e-learnings, micro-learnings and learning games.
Collaborate in project management and management of training projects.
Develop training materials.
Write the documentation needed for communication.
Evaluate the learning solutions implemented.

PROFILE AND COMPETENCIES

You have a professional experience in training and facilitation.

You are creative, pragmatic and customer oriented.

You have demonstrated pedagogical skills.

You can learn quickly e-learning authoring tools (Powtoon, Articulate, Rise, Canva, etc.)

You enjoy working in a team and in project mode.

You master office automation tools and the creation of digital educational content.

You are fluent in English and French, both written and spoken and enjoy working in an international environment.
