Tourism Customer Service Internship

Holland Bikes offers a wide range of quality bicycles and accessories, as well as a professional maintenance and repair service for all makes. Holland Bikes is the leading bike rental company in France through its Tours & Rentals branch, with more customers every year.
You will be doing your internship in our Tours & Rentals branch with a dynamic team, at the Ile de Ré rental point in La Couarde sur Mer.
You will be supported throughout your placement. (paid internship from the end of June to 31 August).
Tasks
As part of the team, you'll present our products and service like a true Holland Bikes ambassador
- You will learn how to welcome international customers and give them the best possible experience renting our bikes.
- You'll be involved in promoting cycling as part of a fun and memorable experience.
- You will support the team in ensuring that the rental bike fleet is attractive and correctly arranged.
- You will assist in managing the maintenance of the bike fleet. The bikes must be clean, tidy and ready to go at any time.
**Requirements**:
- You're easy to talk to and are seen as someone who's committed and eager to learn.
- The Ile de Ré is an island that interests you and you want to share it with people.
- You speak English, as our clientele is international
- You want to improve your French
- You love cycling and want to gain valuable work experience in tourism through our Franco-Dutch company.
- We expect our team members to be punctual, careful and organised.
**Benefits**:

We'll lend you a bike for your home/work journeys if you need one.
You will be provided with free accommodation if required for the duration of your placement.
A driving licence is a plus.
