Established in 2016, the** French maison Polène** crafts a collection of **leathergoods that blends mínimalism and creative exploration** to offer unique shapes and signatures achieved through** excellent craftsmanship**.

The leather, sourced exclusively from **certified Italian and Spanish tanneries**, is sculpted to create organic forms, folds, drapery effects, or weavings.

The manufacturing process is entrusted to **our artisans in Ubrique**, a city in Spain specializing in high-end leathergoods, which hosts all of Polène's production trades.

Since 2023, Polène has been expanding into a new realm of expression**:jewelry**. Thematic collections explore nature, from the undulations of the wind to the textures of rocks sculpted into the material.

THE POLENE ENVIRONMENT_**

As a **Senior PR Associate** for the European Market**, you will play a key role in **driving the visibility and engagement of the brand**across Europe.

**Working closely with the PR Manager**and a team of PR professionals, you will assist in executing **social media strategies**, managing **influencer relations**, overseeing** product communications**, monitoring **media coverage**, and providing **logístical support for events**and store appointments.

Your role will be **dynamic**and involve a variety of tasks, requiring strong **organizational skills**, a keen **eye for detail**, an **analytical mind**, and a **passion for fashion** and luxury PR.

**_ WHAT THE POLENE ADVENTURE HOLDS FOR YOU_**
- ** Social Media Strategy Implementation**: Assist in executing the brand's social media visibility strategy across European markets, main focus will be on the DACH region. You will work with the PR Manager to ensure content aligns with brand messaging on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- **Search for Creative VIP and Influencer Initiatives**: Continuously research and identify creative VIP and talent collaborations that align with current industry trends. Develop strategies to engage key influencers and celebrities to enhance the brand’s presence in the European market.
- ** Influencer Relations & Giftings**: Oversee the daily management of influencer gifting programs, from coordinating shipments with our workshop to ensuring timely deliveries. Act as the point of contact for influencers, ensuring a smooth process and a positive brand experience.
- ** Brand Communications**: Distribute communication about new product launches, brand news, store openings, and other important events. Ensure that all messages align with the brand’s voice and strategic goals.
- ** Press Coverage Monitoring**: Track media mentions across key publications and social platforms, compiling regular reports on the brand’s visibility. Use PR software to manage coverage and analyze the impact of media exposure.
- ** Event & Appointment Coordination**: Assist with organizing store visits, events, and press appointments in key European cities. This includes managing logistics and ensuring smooth coordination with store teams.
- ** Administrative Support**: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the PR team, including managing calendars, preparing documents, tracking budgets, and helping with the organization of events or influencer visits.
- ** Travel Support**: Participate in travel arrangements for store visits, brand events, or influencer activations as necessary.

KEYS TO SUCCESS_**
- You have **at least 3 years of experience** in fashion or beauty PR.
- You hold a** degree in Public Relations, Communications, Fashion** or a related field.
- You are **fluent in English**, and **proficient in German** (both written and oral).
- You showcase excellent and **engaging communication skills**.
- You have a **solid understanding of fashion** and social media, and have a keen eye for trends.
- You are **detail-oriented** and have an **analytical mindset** that allows you to make data-driven decisions.
- You love to **work in a team**(constantly in contact with PR managers, juniors, as well as other departments).
