This paved the way for a successful entry in France, where growth is accelerating. 4 months into 2025, we just surpassed 2024 sales figures and doubled 2023’s. Do what you say and say what you do **The Position**: LIZY is looking for a **Head of Sales France** to join our team. - You'll get the **entrepreneurial challenge of a lifetime** scaling a market that has just found product market fit and needs someone to step on the gas. - You’ll lead **two proven acquisition channels**: inbound and outbound - You’ll scale **our outbound acquisition** team by (i) hiring and developing qualified SDRs, (ii) increasing our meetings booked rate (lists, approaches, scripts, sales materials,...) and (iii) improving our win-rate from meeting booked - As the most senior member of our French team, you'll play a crucial role in **setting the strategic direction for the market** and contributing to the company's overall vision. **️About you**: - ** Experience**: You have 5+ years of sales (management) experience as a top performer for a fast growing digital company (scale-up). - ** Sales**: You have a strong commercial mindset and deep sales expertise.
