**Product Manager & Digital strategy FRBNL**:
**Key Responsibilities**
Reports to the FRBNLX Commercial Lead.
- Lead brand strategic planning, including launch preparation. Identify trends, opportunities and threats for the Brand and propose corresponding measures.
- Give input into the sales forecasts based on customers insights and feedback from the field
- Build and implement marketing tactics and operational action plans considering the Brand Strategy
- Translate and adapt centrally developed key messages and promotional material for digital and face-to-face channels, and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the material
- Ensure timely use of market research and competitors monitoring and build in-depth knowledge of the Brand and Competitors.
- Collating Competitor Intelligence from the market to inform the brand strategy
- Develop and monitor marketing budgets, forecasts and expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost efficiency and results.
- Liaise and work closely with commercial team to ensure promotional campaigns are developed appropriately and executed effectively. Ensure the good use of the brand.
- Work closely with all support functions (including Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Commercial and International Marketing) and external agencies to launch activities on the Brand and on the disease
- Engage with key clients through regular contacts in the field, with particular emphasis on relationships with key opinion leaders in accordance to regulations, ethics and internal rules of BPM
- Define meaningful KPIs for tactics, build the necessary measurement tools and dashboards, monitor & report progress and impact.
- Active Participation to international marketing meetings to bring the voice of the FRBNLX team. Use this platform to share knowledge and insights and to highlight key local activities / initiatives
- Ensure all activities are carried out within the framework of pharmaceutical regulations, strategy and the company's quality policy.
**Key Experience**
- University degree in Life Sciences or Business/Marketing
- 4-5 years in Marketing and Brand management in the pharmaceutical industry (hospitals products, rare disease experience is a plus)
- Professional experience in a digital/omni-channel marketing environment
- Required knowledge of local market dynamics, customer/patient requirements and needs
- Proven success in product launch

- Knowledgeable and high interest in digital marketing activities
- Good knowledge of scientific communication and promotion (pharma, hospitals) and the pharmaceutical compliance regulations
- Strong and proven project management skills
- Omnichannel & digital expertise
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems
- Team player, Adaptability, Autonomy, Curiosity, Results oriented
- Fluent in English
