In order to improve digitalization and innovation, the mission aims at reinforcing the delivery of the Marketing : Public web sites, CMS, Video streaming, You will be part of the IT team, made up of a Head of IT Marketing and Digital comm, 1 BA based in Paris and 1 in Germany, and around 13 Developers, Web Designer and Quality Analist in our Tunisian development platform, part of the Group. In order to maximize cross-business functionalities, the business roadmap is centralized and steered by the Group Marketing department, working closely with the IT team. You will be in direct contact with : - The businesses to support them in improving their Sales and Marketing processes - The external providers to challenge, follow-up projects The Digital comm (WebX) is part of the Group Marketing of the ODDO BHF Group and they are the guarantors of the digital roadmap through many projects : - Innovation Marketing tools - Development of Client and Public web sites - Innovative Video Streaming Solution, CMS, SEO,... - Qualify, challenge and frame the needs directly with the operational business lines or their representative - Rationalization of business case, formalization of rational and preparation of synthesis for decision-making by top management - Identification of architecture impacts, definition of target architecture - Preparation and animation of project committees (French, English), workshop - Change management: Training, Communication - Workbreakdown structure, planning and budget management - Launch of the RFP : Comparison, PoC and follow-up of the project - Support Business in innovation, tools, processes and methodologies of projects
