Bali Management Villas, leader dans la gestion de villas de moyenne et haut de gamme sur l'Île, est à la recherche d’un(e) quality control manager. Votre rôle sera de faire appliquer des normes d'hospitalité strictes sur l’ensemble des propriétés gérées afin d’assurer la satisfaction globale des clients.

Principales missions:

- S'assurer que les standards de propreté de Bali Management Villas sont respectés et effectuer des contrôles réguliers dans chaque propriété. Ce point est crucial.
- Entretenir des contacts réguliers avec les clients des villas en interagissant avec eux pour recueillir leurs commentaires et leurs idées.
- Former les nouvelles équipes opérationnelles aux normes de qualité de Bali Management Villas
- Se tenir constamment au courant des tendances de l'industrie/de la concurrence et formuler des recommandations pour améliorer l'expérience client.
- Coopérer et communiquer avec les autres départements pour assurer le maintien du plus haut niveau de service aux clients.

Conditions du poste:

- Minimum 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire a l’etranger
- Formation académique en hôtellerie de luxe
- Doit faire preuve d’une grande rigueur et d’un sens du détail.
- Solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication.
- Tres organisé
- Niveau d’anglais professionnel, l’indonesien serait un atout de taille

Nous prenons en charge les formalités légales et de visa.

Poste à pourvoir au plus vite à Bali.
