Operations Manager

At Echo Analytics, we work with companies from all over the world. We create, combine, and convert thousands of public and private datasets into meaningful geospatial insights and provide the most accurate commercial Point of Interest (POI) product and mobility insights available in Europe.

**What do we do?**

We provide companies with fuel to power their products with high-quality geospatial-based datasets. We use data science, machine learning, and human feedback to build the most comprehensive geospatial datasets and insights available in Europe and rapidly expanding.

Echo partners with companies from multiple industries such as retail, mobility, smart-cities, real-estate, advertising, market-research, financial services.

**The opportunity**

As an Operations Manager with a specialization in Sales and Marketing operations, your role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and focus of our sales organization.

You will report directly to our Head of Operation and contribute to building our Operations Excellence department.

Your role would be focused on collaborating with partner departments to identify inefficiencies, align projects with company priorities, and implement solutions that enhance operations and empower our team to excel.

**As such, your main responsibilities will be**:
1/ Strategy & Innovation
- Collaborate closely with partner departments to identify their needs and challenges
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and objectives and contribute to the operations excellence roadmap
- Regularly conduct market research and explorations to identify cutting-edge strategies, processes, and tools to optimize our operations

2/ Process & Tools Administration
- Manage our process to ensure seamless operations, and increase efficiency and team productivity
- Manage our tech stack (evaluating new tools or improving existing ones), including our CRM (HubSpot) to accelerate and support the processes designed and ensure data quality and integration across all platforms
- Assist teams with any questions related to processes and tools

3/ Performance & Monitoring
- Identifying the relevant KPIs for the team, creating reports, and making sure the data are easily accessible by the team
- Analyse data and performance to offer recommendations and insights to support managerial decision-making processes
- Collaborate with finance to develop and maintain forecasts and budgets and monitor performance against targets
- Cultivate a data-driven mindset within the team

4/ Enablement and Training
- Empower team members to make the most of their tools by providing the right coaching, training, and support
- Extensively document processes in the knowledge management center to ensure accessible, up-to-date, and actionable resources for managers

**What do we look for?**
- 3+ years of relevant experience in sales ops or related fields
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with effective communication abilities
- Problem-solver, able to simplify complexity and motivate teams
- Experience with CRM (e.g., HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Fluent in English, additional European language is a plus
