**Requirements**:
**What you will do**:

- Define and execute the vision for major product lines, from concept to launch, aligning with company objectives and budgetary constraints.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs and market gaps, collaborating directly with customers, prospects, analysts, and strategic partners.
- Drive the prioritization and implementation of new features, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions.
- Monitor user reactions post-launch, gather feedback, and iterate on product improvements.
- Serve as an ambassador for Sidetrade's product vision both internally and externally, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Collaborate with other VP products to identify opportunities for AI integration, enhancing user journeys and delivering maximum value.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the wider product team, fostering growth and development.

**What you will bring**:

- Relevant work experience with expertise in Finance, Accounting, or Account Receivables.
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of mentoring colleagues and driving product innovation.
- Strong customer focus, with the ability to empathize with users and understand their needs deeply.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, capable of creative problem-solving.
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage diverse audiences, from customers to developers.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Passion for learning and continuous improvement.
- Good knowledge of security constraints related to product development.
