Today, Virtuo is growing very fast and now, the People Team needs your help to simplify and animate the daily life of the Virtuosos with various missions: onboarding, communication, and events. **Your missions**: **HR Communications & Employer Branding**: Internal communication: - You will organize our rituals: Congratulations meeting & All hands meeting. - External communication: in link with the Talent Acquisition Manager, help us to make our employer brand shine. - Communities: You will have the challenge to develop and animate Alumni & Buddy communities at Virtuo **Employee Experience & events** - You will onboard all our new employees (_there are many of them_): find the best buddy, train them on our onboarding tool, organize the "Induction day", prepare the onboarding plan for managers... - You will handle the HR knowledge database: be sure that all information are up to date for employees - You will work with the Office manager to organize global company events, team events **Recruitment**: - Follow all the recruitment process for interns - Conduct Job Interviews autonomously **This role is perfect for you if**: - Genuine interest in HR communication and willingness to learn - You have great communication & social interaction skills - You are proactive, autonomous and enjoy solving problems - You are extremely organized and thrive in fast-paced environments - You speak French & English: writing & speaking required **Recruitment process**: Discovery interview with the People team Technical interview Finale Interview **Learn more about us**: **Diversity & Inclusion**: We believe that equality and diversity make us a better company and community.
