Our focus is on automating the complete material and data flow of the laser cutting and bending process chain. **In a nutshell**: **This is a single opening that has been posted across multiple locations.** As a Team Leader 1st level EMEA Tube you will be leading teams based in the following regions : North, East and West. You will also act as focal point of contact for Tube customers in assigned regions, partially covering 1st level hotline. **What drives this department**: By assisting our customers in operating their businesses, we enable their prosperity while at the same time empower of our staff. Knowing that our contributions have a positive effect is incredibly satisfying. **What you will be doing**: - Coordinate, plan, develop, coach, train, inspire, grow, and lead direct reports. - Create an atmosphere of trust and build strong relationships within the regional team, the global team, and among the customer base. - Ensure best in class 1st level support towards the customers. - Closely collaborate and engage in the intersections, most importantly with the other 1st level team leaders and 2nd level support. - Install and improve processes, workflows, systems, and tools to ensure high efficiency. - Know-how management: Foster know-how growth and ensure information availability and accessibility. **Your education & experience**: - Technical degree in either mechanical, electrical, or software engineering, preferably electrical. - Basic economic understanding, preferably an education in business administration. - Leadership and coaching experience and willingness to grow in these fields. - Hands-on experience in working with tube machines, preferably as service technician or hotliner. - Customer contact and problem solving in front of the customer. **What you need to succeed**: - Open minded, teachable, and “hungry” to learn and develop. - Team spirit: "People before personal profit/benefit". - Technical understanding of the tube technology and machines, both current/new models.
