Dans ce rôle de Territory Manager Paris Est France, vous conduisez avec succès une vente très complexe depuis l'introduction de nouveaux concepts de dépistage et de diagnostic jusqu'à la clôture et la mise en œuvre.
Vous avez la capacité à travailler avec les médecins, le laboratoire, les infectiologues, l'assurance qualité et les membres du personnel de direction pour identifier les besoins, obtenir un consensus et conclure des ventes de test et d'instrumentation.
Le poste est basé à Paris Est ou dans le département 93 ou 91.
**Dans le cadre de ce rôle, vous aurez l’occasion de**:
- Atteindre les objectifs de vente
- Responsable de la gestion et de la croissance du portefeuille client
- Vendre des instruments supplémentaires aux clients
- Négocier et gérer les contrats avec les comptes clés sur le territoire.
- Introduire et développer de nouveaux tests en POC (à l'intérieur de l'hôpital)
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans d'action spécifiques aux clients
- Gérer les données des clients dans le SFDC
- Élaborer et délivrer des propositions adaptées aux besoins du client
- Réaliser la présentation des produits
**Les exigences essentielles de l’emploi sont les suivantes**:
- Formation initiale en Biologie/Pharmacie avec des connaissances en microbiologie
- Expérience minimum de 5 ans dans un rôle commercial similaire
- Expérience auprès des hôpitaux et des laboratoires privés du réseau régional
- Anglais courant
- Connaissances en matière de tests POC

The Territory Manager is responsible for growth and expansion of direct sales within assigned accounts and on products or services in Paris East region.
This position is part of the Commercial Department and will be located in Paris East, or 93, or 91.
**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
- Achieve sales goals
- Be responsible for managing and growing business in existing and new Cepheid accounts
- Sell additional instrumentation to customers
- Negotiate and manage contracts with Key Account
- Introduce and develop new testing in Point Of Care
- Develop and implement customer specific action plans
- Work closely with Field Application Specialists and Marketing
**The essential requirements of the job include**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology/Pharmacy with 5+ years of related work experience OR Master’s degree in Biology/Pharmacy with 3+ years of related work experience OR Doctoral degree in Biology/Pharmacy with 0-2 years of related work experience.
- Scientific background - Microbiology knowledge
- Experience in Hospital and Private Lab environment
- Negotiation Skills
- English fluent
**It would be a plus if you also possess**:
- Knowledge of the Hospital Clinical Lab environment
- Knowledge in Point Of Care testing
- Regional Network
