**Context**:
Worldline is best known as European leader in the payment industry. Worldline is also the editor of Worldline Contact, a Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution that helps banks, retailers and government bodies to manage their customer relationship. Worldline equips call centers for large customers in Europe with its solution.

To support the strong ambitions of this key product for Worldline, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive our product marketing strategy and activities.

**Role and missions**:
In a nutshell, your role will be to empower all stakeholders to make impactful business-driven decisions.

Your tasks will be organized around four missions:
**1. Analyze your market**
You will understand where the market goes, where the competition stands and what users need. You will share your findings with the Product Manager, the Sales teams and all relevant stakeholders.

**2. Determine Go-to-Market**
You will work closely with the Sales team and Product Management to reinforce our go-to-market strategy, clarify our messaging, positioning and pricing as well as elaborate a successful marketing plan.

**3. Enable sales**
You will lead the renewal of all the material needed by the Sales teams in the Worldline group. You will work closely with the Design team to produce creative and impactful material. You will work closely with the Training team and Solution Sales team to drive the training strategy for internal and external stakeholders.

**4. Communicate appropriately**
Following the work done on the first 3 missions, you will implement, together with your team, a B2B communication strategy that will involve digital marketing, event management and all other relevant channels.

You will manage apprentices from day one and will get the opportunity to grow your team to maximize your impact.

You will report directly to the Head of Product and Business.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- You have 5 years of experience in a Strategic and/or Product Marketing role on a B2B SaaS product
- You have leadership skills that you can demonstrate through past experiences
- You prefer driving change than maintaining what’s existing
- You thrive working in a VUCA environment
- You are creative and think outside the box without even realizing it
- You are result oriented
- You’re looking for a solution when others see a problem
- Your English is almost as good as your French
- You have at least 2 years of experience on a CCaaS product
- You’ve had a first management experience
- Your English is just as good as your French
