**Role: Business Development Manager MSSP**

**Location: Europe**

**Objective**:
In this key role, you will manage, as an overlay role, the strategy, and the go to market, to address our Tier 1 international MSSP and Tier 1 national MSSP in the region jointly with the sales team. You will implement and execute a successful plan focused on attaining the expected revenue growth and reinforce the Fortinet footprint by enlarging our Security Fabric Portfolio sales. You will also develop executive relationships with key decisions makers in our key MSSPs and leverage these relationships to influence decisions in our favor and keep our leadership a step ahead. In addition, you will coordinate with various appropriate internal and external groups to achieve your goals and manage the MSSP value chain.

**Responsibilities**:
The BDM MSSP will support the Senior BDM with the Engagement of Tier 1 international and National SP across EMEA by:

- Understanding the Fortinet value proposition and transpose it to relevant Service Provider.
- Articulate the MSSP story around Network security: starting point, path and upsell capabilities.
- Support the Service Provider and assist in defining their strategy for network security convergence
- Help the Service Provider product team in the creation of managed services based on Fortinet technology
- Produce Case studies, recommendation, and analysis on the best path to adopt growing the business
- Work with internal Fortinet resources to progress workshops and action plans
- Follow the market trends impacting the Enterprise market AND the MSSP market
- Provide feedback internally about partner demands to share with product managers
- Travel within assigned territory is required

**Required Skills**:

- Between 5-8+ years technology selling experience managing sales
- Proven ability to sell solutions to MSSPs
- Ability to speak English fluently, Additional European languages will be a plus.
- Experience in the network security industry
- A proven track record of significant over-quota achievement and demonstrated career stability
- Experience in closing large deals
- Good understanding of the IT technology, customer trends, Security challenges and Tier 1 and 2 business models
- Ability to present and communicate to large audience
- Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Act as a team player

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, MBA preferred.
