Notre client est une marque française en forte croissance, déjà implantée en Europe avec un produit innovant : un siège ballon ergonomique conçu par un designer et un ostéopathe.

Leur mission : associer santé, design et mouvement pour améliorer le quotidien.

Forte de son succès en Europe, la société ouvre un nouveau chapitre : le développement de son activité aux États-Unis.

Pour mener cette implantation sur un marché stratégique, nous recherchons un Growth Manager USA.

**Description du poste**:
Un rôle clé mêlant vision stratégique, exécution opérationnelle et structuration d’équipe, avec pour mission:

- Définir et exécuter la stratégie d’acquisition (Paid, SEO/SEA, influence, affiliation).
- Accélérer la croissance e-commerce et atteindre le break-even.
- Construire la notoriété de la marque (ambassadeurs, UGC, prescripteurs).
- Piloter les agences locales et partenaires stratégiques.
- Travailler en transverse avec les fondateurs et l’équipe produit/brand.
- Reprendre en main la stratégie CRO & growth de la marque pour les USA
- Définir et exécuter une roadmap orientée performance et scalabilité.
- Implémenter une roadmap d’A/B tests sur le funnel (home, PDP, checkout).

**Profil recherché**:

- 5-6 ans d’expérience en growth marketing / traffic management (B2C, e-commerce).
- Expérience en scale-up (1 à 5M€ CA) et participation à une phase de croissance forte.
- Maîtrise des canaux d’acquisition (Paid Social, SEA, SEO, influence).
- Leadership, autonomie et esprit entrepreneurial.
- Anglais courant indispensable.
