**Job Description Summary**

FRENCH
- Expert en matière de systèmes automatisés, il/elle combine les technologies classiques et programmation informatique pour faciliter la production de tous types de systèmes.
- A la fois assembleur, mécanicien, électrotechnicien et automaticien, il/elle intervient de la mise en service à la maintenance des robots.
- Il/elle déploie et suit le processus Control Engineering, ainsi que les normes, standards développées et déployés au sein du groupe AAM

ENGLISH
- An expert in automated systems, the position holder combines traditional technologies and computer programming to facilitate the production of a variety of systems.
- As an assembler, mechanic, electrical engineer and automation specialist, the position holder is involved from commissioning to maintenance of the robots.
- The position holder deploys and monitors the Control Engineering process, as well as the norms and standards developed and deployed within the AAM Group.

FRENCH

**En collaboration avec le service ME, production et maintenance du site il/elle participe à la mise en œuvre des nouveaux équipements, nouvelles réimplantations et modifications**:

- Par l’étude conjointe avec les responsables de projets ME des nouveaux projets d’industrialisations ou l’amélioration de procédés existants
- Par la formation / information de l’équipe ME, Maintenance et Production à ces équipements
- Par le contrôle de la mise en service du système robotisé (essais, réglages, consignes d’exploitation et formations aux opérateurs)
- Par la réalisation des plans de l'installation (plan d'ensemble, plan de câblage )
- Par la supervision du montage du système automatisé par les prestataires
- Par l'intervention en dépannage sur les lignes robotisées
- Par la conception des systèmes automatisés pour les machines industrielles
- Par la formation du personnel de production et de maintenance à la conduite et à l’entretien des matériels embarqués sur les process de fabrication et de contrôles.

ENGLISH

**In collaboration with the site's ME, production and maintenance department, he/she takes part in the implementation of new equipment, new relocations and modifications**:

- Jointly studying new industrialisation projects or improvements to existing processes with the ME project managers.
- By training/informing the ME, Maintenance and Production team about this equipment.
- By supervising the commissioning of the robotic system (tests, settings, operating instructions and operator training)
- By drawing up installation plans (overall plan, wiring plan, etc.)
- By supervising the assembly of the automated system by the service providers
- By troubleshooting on robotised lines
- By designing automated systems for industrial machines
- Training production and maintenance staff to operate and maintain on-board equipment in manufacturing and inspection processes

**Required Skills and Education**

FRENCH:

- Bac +2/3 Maintenance Automatisme ou BAC +2 Génie Electrique et Informatique industrielle
- Connaissance de la robotique obligatoire
- Maitrise de la programmation industrielle, Step 7, Portal, PL7 pro, GP Pro.
- Programmation d’automates industriels (de type Siemens) et robot Fanuc, Reiss
- Habilitation électrique TBT et BT
- Connaissances en mécanique, électricité, électronique, hydraulique, pneumatique, mathématiques
- Sait travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire (ME, Production, Maintenance ), a une bonne capacité d'adaptation, est curieux et a le sens de l’initiative, respecte les procédures.

ENGLISH:

- 2/3 years' higher education in automation maintenance or 2 years' higher education in electrical engineering and industrial computing
- Knowledge of robotics required
- Proficiency in industrial programming, Step 7, Portal, PL7 pro, GP Pro.
- Programming of industrial PLCs (Siemens type) and Fanuc and Reiss robots.
- Low-voltage and LV electrical accreditation
- Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics and mathematics
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team (ME, Production, Maintenance, etc.), adaptability, curiosity and initiative, respect for procedures.
