LELO has an immediate need for a **B2B Sales Manager for France** to join our team
**WHAT WILL YOU DO AT LELO**
- Make and implement national B2B sales plans by channels and by customers based on nationwide sales targets agreed upon by the company for both brands, LELO and INTIMINA
- Ensure efficient and sustainable sales growth by continuing to improve retail management, key customer retention, and joint business plan implementation
- Implement a sales & B2B marketing plan and ensure all sales activities, such as merchandising, promotion, sales service, etc., align with the company's strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Adapt and maximize plans for each customer type Lelo works with (distributors, online retailers, and B&M stores)
- Evaluate brand position in-store and negotiate improved placements with store managers/owners, create brand corners, increase portfolio offering and overall improvement of branding in-store and sell-out, including carrying training for the floor sales staff
- Continuous aim at improving product presentation and brand content available at retailer sites (brand and product pages, NLs campaigns etc.)
- Keep good relationships and communication with customers through regular calls and meetings, monthly and quarterly business reviews
- Participate in monthly and quarterly sales meetings for business updates and sales plan development
- Keep efficient communication with other EMEA Sales Managers and accurately update the newest sales trend and issues with comments and proposals for improvement.
**WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related experience.
- Five years of relevant Sales or KAM experience
- Strong proficiency in understanding B2B sales processes and dynamics
- Knowledge and experience with FMCG and/or luxury consumer goods will be a plus
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Result-driven approach
- comfortable working on analytical tasks and sales forecasting, able to work in a fast-paced environment while being proactive and autonomous
- Willing to travel regularly within France
- French native speaker and fluent in English (verbally and in writing).
Location: France (ideally Paris), remote work in France.
