Le fonds de dotation HealthTech For Care a pour ambition de soutenir et favoriser un accès rapide aux nouvelles technologies médicales et médicaments pour tous les patients. Les initiatives du fonds et évènements à dimension européenne réunissent l’ensemble des acteurs intervenants au niveau de la chaîne de valeur de l’innovation médicale permettant une meilleure coordination au sein de l’écosystème en santé européen. Dans ce cadre, HealthTech For Care organise différents événements dont HealthTech Innovation Days (HTID), 4 éditions déjà réalisées, et un événement autour du patient, HealthTech For Patients (HTFP), 2 éditions déjà réalisées.
Le fonds est connecté et a mis en place des collaborations significatives avec l’ensemble de l’écosystème life sciences européen et international, des clusters, des sociétés pharmaceutiques, l’association européenne EIT Health, etc.
Vos missions
**Gestion de projets**:
- Piloter et assurer la réussite des actions d’intérêt général développées par HTFC : Observatoire Patients, Podcast en lien avec l’équipe com, HTID et HTFP (Recherche de thématiques, écriture de propositions, budget, priorisation des activités, risques) ;
- Coordonner le processus de sélection des entreprises innovantes en santé pour les HTID selon les critères de développement demandés ;
- Coordonner l’organisation des conférences : proposition et développement de thématiques, recherche et suivi des speakers ;
- Assurer le suivi pour les conférences (rédaction du déroulé, suivi des tests techniques)
**Développement international**:
- Démarcher et recruter de nouvelles entreprises innovantes en santé hors France ;
- Participer à des évènements européens pour promouvoir les actions du fonds et recruter des potentiels mécènes ou participants ;
- Promouvoir HTFC auprès d’entités européennes.
**Institutionnels**:
- Maintenir un lien avec les institutionnels français et européens qui soutiennent les actions du fonds et démarcher de nouveaux contacts.
**Suivi administratif et financier**:
- Organiser et suivre les réunions du Conseil d’administration et les comités de suivis des actions du fonds ;
- Suivre les contrats de mécénat en cours et recruter de nouveaux mécènes ;
- Suivi du budget de HTFC ;
- Suivi de la facturation et des variables pour l’édition des fiches de paie.
**Management**:
- Encadrer une étudiante en Master Management des Biotechnologies en alternance.
