IT Desktop Support

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide on-site technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory.
- Set up and configure new workstations, including imaging and software deployment.
- Assist with IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or vendors as needed.
- Ensure timely resolution of user requests and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support remote users using tools such as VPN, remote desktop, and collaboration platforms.
- Follow ITIL practices for incident, problem, and change management.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in desktop or technical support roles (3-4+ years).
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking.
- Experience with hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
- Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests.
- Bilingual (native-level proficiency in French and English).

Pay: 3,300.00€ per month
