Vous interviendrez en face-à-face, par téléphone ou via des outils digitaux afin doffrir une assistance complète et professionnelle à des utilisateurs francophones et anglophones. Vos missions incluront laccueil, lanalyse de demandes, la résolution de problématiques quotidiennes, la gestion de dossiers utilisateurs et la coordination avec différentes équipes internes. Vous serez également chargé(e) de documenter les interactions, de suivre les procédures établies et dassurer une qualité constante dans chaque échange. Votre arrivée est facilitée par un package de relocalisation complet, destiné aux candidats venant de létranger et comprenant une assistance administrative, une aide à linstallation et un accompagnement logistique. Ce rôle requiert patience, empathie, organisation et une capacité dadaptation face à divers profils dutilisateurs. Vous recevrez une formation approfondie sur les outils internes, les normes de qualité, les styles de communication et les bonnes pratiques du service client. Profil recherché : excellente communication, maîtrise du français et de langlais, sens de laccueil, rigueur, professionnalisme et attrait pour un environnement structuré et dynamique. ENGLISH  This on-site Customer Service Advisor role is ideal for candidates who excel in direct communication, client interaction, and problem solving. You will assist users face-to-face, by phone, and through digital tools, ensuring a professional, courteous, and efficient service experience for both English- and French-speaking customers. Your responsibilities include welcoming users, assessing needs, resolving inquiries, managing case files, and coordinating with internal teams. You will ensure that all interactions are documented and handled according to established procedures to maintain high service consistency. A full relocation package is available for candidates moving from abroad, including administrative support, housing assistance, and logistical guidance to help you settle comfortably. This role requires empathy, patience, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt to various user types. Comprehensive training will be provided on systems, communication standards, quality procedures, and client-care techniques. We seek individuals who are organized, professional, fluent in both English and French, and comfortable working in a structured on-site environment focused on quality service and continuous improvement.
