Le site de Saint-Martin d'Hères, près de Grenoble, est membre de la Business Unit Process Technology. Cette entité est spécialisée dans la production d'équipements résistants à la corrosion grâce à l'utilisation du graphite et du PTFE. La gamme de produits allant des échangeurs de chaleurs aux pompes en passant par les colonnes et divers systèmes de traitements d'effluents gazeux et liquides.

VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS SONT LES SUIVANTES:

Au cœur du service Après-Vente (Expertises, Services, Réparations, Pièces de rechange), véritable pilier de notre activité et facteur clé de fidélisation client, vous contribuerez directement à la performance et à la satisfaction de nos partenaires.

  • Réalisation d'offres pour des réparations/pièces de rechange sur des équipements existants chez les clients. (Echangeurs de chaleurs / pompes / colonnes / groupe de mise sous vide…)
  • Enregistrement/lancement et suivi d'affaires sur les commandes de pompes graphite standards.
  • Support technique pour les responsables de zones commerciales dans la négociation des commandes auprès des clients.
  • Gestion des opportunités et offres en cours auprès des clients avec le support d'outils d'aide à la gestion (SAP, CRM).
  • Au sein de l'équipe commerciale, vous serez aussi amené à gérer un portefeuille de clients clés pour SGL CARBON et ainsi de les rencontrer régulièrement sur leurs différents sites afin de promouvoir nos différents produits et de les accompagner techniquement si nécessaire ( déplacements possible en France ou à l'étranger en zone EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa)

CE POSTE EST FAIT POUR VOUS SI VOUS POSSÉDEZ LES COMPÉTENCES ET LES QUALITÉS SUIVANTES :

Titulaire d'un DUT en génie chimique, génie des procédés, mécanique ou mesures physiques. Vous justifiez d'une première expérience (stages acceptés) en procédés, en thermique, en mécanique ou en chimie dans un milieu industriel si possible à dimension internationale.

  • Votre capacité à travailler en équipe pluridisciplinaire dans le respect de tous les participants est un point particulièrement important du profil recherché.
  • Femme/homme curieux et dynamique, vous avez un sens du détail et de l'analyse développé. Vous aimez mener des projets techniques.
  • Votre autonomie, votre goût pour le travail de terrain et vos qualités relationnelles feront de vous la personne idéale pour ce poste.
  • Vous avez une bonne maitrise des logiciels de bureautique. Une connaissance du logiciel de gestion SAP serait un plus.
  • Vous maitrisez l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit. Des déplacements en France ou à l'étranger sont possibles en zone EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa).
